But with the competition for talent intensifying, it\u2019s becoming harder for companies to hire the brightest and most ambitious new candidates.<\/p>\n

Therefore, AmCham China, Tianjin would like to offer your team FREE access to AmCham China, Tianjin WPC Mentorship Program, helping female employees to strengthen their career confidence and get applicable career planning and advice for success in the workplace.<\/p>\n

Under this special Program, you can encourage your team to give back and develop their leadership skills by becoming featured mentors. This is a one-on-one mentoring program for one year<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is an experimental program, where Mentor-Mentees are selected voluntarily among themselves<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Content of mentoring sessions is at the discretion of Mentor-Mentee<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
